Communication Enhancement

The ability of individuals to communicate effectively is a key component to the success of the organization. The lack of communication channels or the inefficient use of communications can become a barrier in decision making, trust, morale, and productivity.

During due diligence, the consultants from Melange Global Solutions will investigate and identify the organizational communication channels.  The members of the due diligence team will identify the formal, informal, and unofficial channels of communication.

Members of the due diligence team will determine the common language used within the organization and the number of people who either do not speak English or use English as a second language. It is important for leaders of the gaining organization to know and understand the barriers that may arise because of language differences and how the organizations should address such differences. Individuals in the organizations might share a common language, but leaders must understand and train people on cultural differences when addressing the topic of communication.
